Rooms: Warm , clean and tidy. Toilets and showers: brand new and super clean! Location: 10 min from the bus station and from downtown. There is a big supermarket next to to prepare for your hikes. There is a big garden where they do some activities or where you can have the first coffee while staring at the pink sky during sunrise .

Would totally recommend this hostel to everyone.

Our host was ready for us and gave us everything we needed, including laundry detergent upon request. There's laundry, a good shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen in the unit where we stayed. Enough space for three people. The location is very close to the Puerto Natales bus terminal—roughly a 5min walk. Our host took my call in the middle of the night when I desperately needed to access the internet. He was very gracious with it, despite my waking him up at 2am. I highly recommend this host and would absolutely stay here again during a visit to Puerto Natales!
