The community environment is great, developed by Sunac China, which is the largest high-end community developer in China. The Fairway Place, Xi'an - Marriott Executive Apartments is located at the centre of Hi-tech development zone, only an 8-minute walk from the Yanpingmen Station (Line 3). We stayed at Fairway Place in Xi’An for five nights. The room was spacious, very clean, with in-room washer and dryer (which was the reason we chose it on the first place). Breakfast was excellent with Chinese and Western choices. Staff was superb, especially in the breakfast area, always eager to help and spoke good English. Highly recommended.

It was a huge one bedroom apartment with kitchen sink, microwave, dining table etc. it had two toilets, one bathroom. I booked it as i was only going to stay in Xi’an for one night to catch another domestic flight and the airport hotel didn’t look attractive. I’m very glad I booked this hotel and to get out of the airport surrounds. Breakfast was included but i left before it opened. Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurants everywhere around the hotel and kind generous people with not very much.
