Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays. It offers great value for money, excellent service, and a pleasant environment.

This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience I've had in Chengdu, primarily thanks to their outstanding customer service and luxurious facilities. From the moment I arrived in the city, the service was impeccable. They arranged for a seamless pickup, ensuring a stress-free start to my trip. The staff are just a call away and speak fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. A special thank you goes out to Mr. Dennis, who was exceptionally helpful, as were the other members of the team. Their willingness to assist with everything—including laundry services and providing every amenity needed in the room—truly sets this place apart. As a gesture of hospitality (and perhaps recognizing my Booking.com Level 3 Genius status), I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their smart penthouses. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, luxurious, and fully automated. Controlling the curtains and lights with smart switches felt incredibly futuristic and added a unique, upscale touch to the experience. The value for the price is excellent, and the level of comfort and service provided is unmatched. If you are visiting Chengdu and looking for top-tier accommodation with staff who genuinely care about your comfort, Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments is the only choice. Location is super near to the subway only 3-4 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Mr Wang even greeted us at the hotel lobby when we arrived. Helped us to order our HALAL food nearby because the restaurant was about to close when we arrived Halal restaurant is within 3-4 minutes walk. Halal roasted menu is just next to the hotel lobby

The facilities were excellent, but what stood out most was the warm and friendly staff. They were always quick to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We like the location. It’s away from the busy streets and nice and quiet, yet a Didi ride can get you to the nearest mall in under 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

To visit Lugu Lake, choosing this hotel is definitely the right decision I've ever made! The location is stunning, and it is not an exaggeration to say that this place has the most beautiful views of the entire Lake Lu Tu. At the hotel's doorstep is the beach by the lake. The sand is fine, and bare feet step on it, and the tingling feel comes from the soles of the feet. In the afternoon I feed the gulls here, and as soon as I get the food out, swarms of the gulls come cheerfully, flying up and down around me, chirping as if they were writing a musical song. Their white wings sparkle in the sunlight and make a beautiful picture with the blue waters of the lake and the distant mountains. When the sun goes down, the sunset shines brightly on the lake, and the gulls are dyed warm orange, beautiful as a wonderland. I just sat quietly on the beach, watching the beautiful scenery in front of me, feeling that all my worries were thrown away. This hotel brought me not only a comfortable stay but also a visual feast. I will stay here next time I visit Lugu Lake!

Koko's garden and cats --4mins walk from jingjusi metro st ation, English-speaking, B&B se află la 5,8 km de Strada Chunxi și oferă o grădină, un lounge comun și unități de cazare cu aer condiționat,... This was definitely the warmest stay of our trip. Not only because of the property, but also the incredible hospitality. We really enjoyed chatting with Koko and hanging out with all of her adorable pets. We even had dinner with Koko and it was really enjoyable. The property is comfortable and clean. The gardens are very refreshing and with a nice view. If you’re coming to Chengdu, do yourself a favor and book a stay in Koko’s place.

Great hotel, the rooms are vey spacious and the beds are massive! Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This was my second stay at this hotel, and won't be the last, highly recommended!

Arthur has his own entertainment bar and we were treated to an amazing night of music and entertainment. Unforgettable and truly amazing.
