Unlike other rental apartments, there is a real reception with a person. She was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and left our suitcases at the reception. Not only did they send me a message when the room was ready (before check-in time) and brought them up. Another person at the apartment even called the airline to solve a problem with our flight. The apartment is very well equipt with some thoughtful touches like a washer-dryer and detergent. Very clean, warm, and comfortable. The location is just perfect, right next to Metro and close to the meat packing area with great restaurants and bars. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back!

Just a little ways out -- bus 68 was our friend. We got the Copenhagen card, so no worries about tickets for metro or bus. One day the elevator was not working, and six floors is a bit much at the end of a day of walking, but they had it fixed the next day. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Such good vibes and a park nearby, and really nice restaurants everywhere. The host is also wonderful! Very nice and fast communication. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone!

The staff was very helpful and immediately answer. Facilities was great but no microwave. They have luggage storage for free. I love it.😊

The place was spotless with fabulous amenities. The host was amazing with excellent communication. We would definitely stay again if ever back in Copenhagen.
