We had to make a very last minute resevation however the property was already very clean and ready. We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

It has everything you need for a stay of a couple of days. You can park right next to the house. We came to see the 24 hours of Le Mans and the location is the right compromise between distance to the circuit (if you have a car, it’s 40km), price and quality. The owner is very nice and always available if you need something.

The interior is exceptional, the beds are comfortable and generally we enjoyed every minute of staying in the property. Eric who owns the property was very helpful guiding us about getting and parking there.
