Turns out I had booked the wrong date somehow. But it didn’t matter. We were invited into their home, got to meet the dog’s, were made a pot of tea and they fit us in and got the little barn ready for us. Truly above and beyond. The little barn itself is amazing! Perfect mixture of modern and cozy. We didn’t even leave. I would 100% return, perhaps when the weather is a bit better so we can explore a little.

This lovely cottage was far better than I expected!! In spite of being small, it has been freshly renovated with such excellent use of space, my family of 4 adults were very comfortable. The half bath downstairs was tiny but perfect for a second toilet. Efficient stocked kitchen was a pleasure as well as the lovely little back patio. Lots of whimsical decorations, children would love this cottage. Everything was clean and lacked nothing. Framlingham is a charming village. I highly recommend this lovely cottage. You will not be disappointed with this stay.

Wonderfully clean and quiet barn conversion in a beautiful partof Suffolk. Everyone slept well and enjoyed themselves with the onsite facilities, local restaurants and attractions. The people we encountered going in and out of the owner's home were all lovely and friendly and they seemed available if anything went awry, although we didn't need to call on them. Strangely when a holiday rental is perfect the review is relatively short but this should not be taken as anything other than high praise for Lackford Lakes Barns. I would go again in an instant and recommend to friends and family.
