Just imagine chatting ameably around the adorable outdoor firepit (as the weather allows). The woodstove inside is delightful, too! You really only need to pack your clothes and a toothbrush, grab some groceries along the way and you're all set. The most relaxed and refreshing stay I've experienced in a long time.

Our family of 15 and of varying ages had a lovely time here. The house and grounds were unique and amazing. There was a lot to explore, including an abandoned church with creepy mannequins! It was great to be able to have everyone together. Mark was the best host ever! He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His family has owned the property for many generations, and he is very knowledgeable and interesting.

Whatever the weather this place has all the magic for ideal breakaway or hideaway ! The walking trails are stunning and so peaceful. We couldn't recommend this place more !

Cabin is small but very cosy, with a proper bed to sleep in. It was a cold rainy weekend for us but with the little plug-in heater & extra blankets, we were very cosy for our stay. Bathroom and kitchen were ideal for what we needed, shower was so nice. I loved being so close to nature, sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and the sound of the river was just gorgeous. There is a river walk just in front of the cabin which was lovely. The town of Ballygarry is just around the corner so not far if you needed anything. This was my favorite stay yet. Beautiful
