Clean, tidy, comfortable bed and Hongjie (staff) was extremely kind and gave us a lift to nearby ski resort AND let us leave bags at the cottage AND picked us up from skiing AND gave us a lift to the station.

The host was very responsive! Before we arrive in the hotel in few days time, i got a luggage need to transfer there by Yamato, and the host helped to receive it and put it in the luggage storage area! And on the day we arrived, which is earlier, and the host let us leave our luggage in the room, so we can go ski and come back again in the afternoon! When we check out, the host let us check out a little late than the propose hour because our kid still skiing while we doing our final packing. Even after we check out, we were able to leave our luggage at designated luggage storage too! I love the services provided !TOP NOTCH!

Super clean, brand new and everything we needed as a family of 4. Easy to use in a small complex. Everything was brand new, sparkling clean. Came with extra cleaning things if you stay longer. We stayed 7 days. The washing machine was a life saver!

Our family enjoyed the cleanliness, and comfort. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and convenience walking to the Niigata JR station: we feel safe staying here as well.

Amazingly friendly staff, Naoto was very accommodating, excellent clean facilities, and comfortable bed. The Ofuro was particularly good. Will definately be staying again.

Beautifully appointed with everything you needed to be self-sufficient. A traditional design with everything modern convenience. Great accessibility for those with particular mobility or accessibility needs. In a very peaceful location with lots of natural beauty and close to Toki-No-Mori for viewing the Japanese crested ibis up close.

Everything about my stay here was great 👍 It was very comfortable, clean and in good condition. The owner was very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with🙂 It is in a very peaceful area and it is a short walk from the train station which is very useful. I will definitely want to stay here again when I return to this town.

מקום האירוח 町宿Oranchi kisetsu שוכן במיוקו, במרחק של 30 ק''מ מתחנת נאגאנו ו-41 ק''מ מגן החיות של סוזאקה, באזור שבו אפשר ליהנות מסקי. The house is spacious for a family of 4. It definitely have rooms enough for more than 4 pax. The location is also great. It is within 10-25 minutes drive to ski resorts around Myoko. There are great restaurants nearby too. Myoko coffee is also just 4 min drive away for great coffee.

It was very comfortable, the room had everything we need and was renovated tastefully. All in all a lovely experience and we would like to thank Tim especially for being such a great and friendly hosts.
