We loved our stay at sumica Apartments! The main house is only a short walk from Nikko station and when we got there, we were greeted by the host. After a very smooth check-in, the host offered to drive us down the road (about a 25 minute walk otherwise) to our apartment, giving us tips along the way of all the restaurants and what they served. She even waited for us at tobu-nikko station when we quickly jumped out of the car to buy tickets to the shrines located in the town. The apartment itself was amazing. Everything was spotless and we got to sleep in extremely comfortable futon beds. The host offered to pick us up from the Apartment after checking out. Even though we got up very early, she was right on time. If we could give 100 stars, we would! Anyone thinking about travelling to nikko, definetly book your stay at sumica apartments.

In the morning we even did a Qui Gong session on the Zen Patio. We had a wonderful experience staying in such a modern, comfortable hotel unit in such peaceful surroundings.
