The staff were excellent, very friendly approachable and gave us a warm welcoming. The view of fuji from our villa was exactly like described and pictured! It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Our stay at this traditional ryokan was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right from our window was something we’ll never forget – truly magical. The communal kitchen was a lovely touch, thoughtfully stocked with breakfast essentials, tea, and coffee. We also loved watching wild deer wander by. There are bikes that are free to use and it’s only a 5-10 minute cycle to the nearest 7-eleven. We rented a car and were able to park directly outside. Other guests that we met didn’t have a car enjoyed walking to the nearest bus/ train station. The neighbour is quiet and very safe. What made our stay even more special was the owner. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. His hospitality added such a personal and warm touch to our visit.

A mix of standard bed and tatami bedding for choice. perfect location for fuji view, best taken on the 2nd floor bedroom. separate shower room and 2 toilets. there was a shared space between the 2 tatami room and a dining/ kitchen area. Washing machine and heater/ aircon made available. there is an outdoor patio with the best view facing Mt Fuji, that also faces the carpark of the shopping center. the room is spacious and can easily place your luggage. bedroom slippers are also provided. less than 5 mins drive out, you can easily find eateries and convenient stores (familymart/Lawson). As we arrived on a weekend, most eateries are booked and do not accept walk-in. This location is better located with a car, very accessible to almost everywhere. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Looked exactly like photos, clean, many heaters to keep you warm, complimentary snacks and coffee is a plus, with washer and dryer, amazing view just too bad we unable to enjoy much due to rainy days, i got see swam flew by the lake just infront of the house, chill at veranda is relax. Overall is good experience 😀

After thousands of steps in Tokyo and Osaka for 6 days, I had full body pain -_- .. visiting the resort was so relaxing and all pain goes away ^_^ .. I enjoyed the view, environment and place was equipped with everything I needed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at ASH Villa. The children especially enjoyed the spacious outdoor area with its stunning views of Mt. Fuji. The villa was beautifully designed with modern touches and was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the peaceful setting made it the ideal family retreat.
