It was very spacious with a great sea view. Kitchen had all the utensils I could need from a water kettle for tea to a dishwasher. I travelled alone with the goal of disconnection and relaxation but there is enough space to a larger group of people. The location is perfect, the shop (ICA) is near and within walking distance from the pier where the ferry leaves you or a bust stop. Best of all, the location between Hönö and Öckero islands. This way one can go hiking north to Öckero and Hälsö one day and another day go south to hike around Hönö and Fotö.

The house itself is very wel equipped and provides everything you need . The location itself is also very nice and quit. Will definitley recommend to friends and family.

One of the best, if not the best accomodation during our road trip -we stayed at ca. 10 different places in total over ca. 2 weeks (incl. some allegedly 4-star hotels) so we feel we have a good baseline. Whilst there is a bus stop across the street, you need a car to be able to commute comfortably to this location from Stromstad. The flat itself is well-equipped, excellently arranged and designed with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. The bed we used (there are two probably king-size beds in the property) was comfortable and we really liked the neighboorhood. We also enjoyed the balcony in the evening as the weather was excellent and the relaxing sound of the neighbour's water element was a great way to wrap up a tiring day. We would definitely return and recommend this place to others - keep up the good work!

Just 5 km from central Strömstad, Daftö Resort offers a summertime theme park with an outdoor pool and children's activity house. Strömstad Golf Club is 8 km away. This place was a very happy surprise in so many ways! We really did not know what to expect from a pirate-themed resort but we had a beautiful and very comfortable room. Mid-week and off-season, we had the whole resort practically to ourselves. It is situated on the water so we enjoyed a morning walk around the property. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! I can't imagine what the resort is like during the summer, it must be crazy busy with the amusement park. But if I lived near, I would definitely take my grandkids for a couple of days.
