Everything was great: the rooms, the staff, the location and of course price( 70$ for two rooms including tax, are you f***ing kidding me 😆). The manager couldn’t speak English well, despite he was very polite and friendly. The village center was 5-7 minutes away only, which is very nice. It was so quiet in the morning, before check out we saw the lamas, they were so cute, took some pictures and videos. Highly recommended, probably we will be back next time.

We could not have asked for better hosts. Teresa and Tim were so kind and generous, and their house was gorgeous. Teresa made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed when we got to the house, and Tim cooked up an amazing breakfast the next morning (we were lucky - breakfast is only available if they have the time to make it!). If you're visiting the Kings Canyon and Sequoia parks, there is no better place to stay.

Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. It is modern and clean and the host has thought of everything. So many lovely thoughtful little touches that you will have to explore for yourself lol 😂 The location is in a quiet street with free parking on site. It is only a short walk the the Main Street State St, lined with restaurants and shopping. You can also walk or hire a bike to visit the pier and water. We arrived on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous organic market lining the Main Street. Awesome chilled vibe.

Very nice place, reallly very close to Hollywood Bld and the Walk of Fame. The studio has everything what you need for a couple of days and is much bettter solution than a hotel room - regarding the price, the size, the fresh feeling and the FREE parking. The instructions about the key and the parking slot look like too complicated but I suppose that there have been idiots not understanding the obviuos and the owners had to write every detail. Actually everything is very simple and must be like that. As simple as the fact that you ride the horse on the back and it doesn't need to call it horseback riding.

The outdoor space is truly a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and featuring excellent and fully functional grills that made cooking outdoors a breeze. Enjoying a meal with the stunning view of Mount Shasta in the background was unforgettable. Inside, the home is clean and spacious and gives off a warm, cozy, and homy atmosphere. The fireplace added the perfect touch of comfort, and the bathtub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place strikes the perfect balance. I would absolutely stay here again!
