The house is comfy and spacious. It is also well-equipped. There is a smart heating stove guests can use so it is always warm. The host was nice and helpful. The view is amazing but in winter there is no sun because the house is located on the north slope.

Julia and her parents were very accommodating to our needs from ski tuning to our very comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable beds, large room that was cleaned each day. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us. A short walk to the Reiteralm gondola. We were there for the FIS Alpine masters finals with award presentation at the gondola area, all a few minute walk. Schladming/Planai is less than 10 minute drive. All ski areas in Schladming can be accessed skiing from area to area during winter however April 24 was a warmer winter with beautiful green valley floor with some areas already shut down, but skiing in the mountains was great. Free parking was great.

Locație perfectă, se iese din casa direct pe pârtie, aproape de restaurante(3 minute),posibilitate de patiserie proaspătă în fiecare zi,foarte curat,posibilitate de incarcare masini electrice,în Ajunul Crăciunului,am găsit pe masă o farfurie cu prăjituri 🙏,proprietarii atenți la toate detaliile, cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

The property is beautiful and very clean, we got a warm welcome by the very friendly hosts. The room are super cute and clean with an amazing view from the balcony. The typical Austrian breakfast is fresh and delicious. The location is amazing in winter for skiing. In summer you can go for amazing hiking tours but there are no restaurants or bus stations within walking distance.

Localization - directly on the slope, ski-in and ski-out. Very close to the restaurant/ski bar which is next to the gondole. Great and very helpful and friendly woman host. A lot of place to park the car. Downstairs there is common sauna (that we were able to have for our own despite almost all 8 apartments were full). Beside there is a playing room with table football and pool table. Just great family ski holiday!!! Hope to be there again!!! Thank you!!!
