Great location with great view to Pirin Mountains. Very helpful and polite staff, very spacious and clean room with a view to the green yard. Nice and not expensive restaurant. Try Godlevska Shupla for breakfast - the portion is good for 2. Great base camp if you want to explore the mountains for hiking and there are nice open spa and pools at Banya village.

The house is wonderful - spacious, beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities work which creates great comfort. We used the fireplace, the gas stove, the outside barbecue and the sauna and everything worked perfectly. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view! Each of our rooms was spacious and comfortable with old but comfortable beds. The house far exceeded our expectations and we will for sure be back soon!

Piscina cu apa termală si Jacuzzi privat. Casa in care am stat foarte frumos aranjata cu tot confortul. Excelent pentru o familie de 4 persoane. Casa ofera intimitate intr-o ambianta foarte placuta. Temperatura in casa foarte buna. Distanta foarte scurta fata de Bansko, doar 10 minute cu masina pana la baza partiei. Gazdele ofera transport pana in Bansko. Gogosile de la micul dejun.

The bed was very comfortable and they were able to provide extra pillows which made it very comfortable, the room was clean and tastefully decorated with nice bed side lighting that was dimmable! Lighting can make such a difference in the room and this was nice. We had a small balcony, and a private bathroom. We slept very well there. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others were helpful even though they could not speak English. Unfortunately we do not speak Bulgarian, so it is our fault with communications. We chose this place for its hot spring pools which were wonderful. There is a large hot soaking pool, and another very warm pool for swimming. It was open even in the cooler weather of October. It was luxuriously wonderful to float around and relax. Dinner at their restaurant was also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
