apartments are equipped with all necessary items, linen, dishes, bathroom and kitchen equipment. They are tidy, new and comfort, on the last floor of 5-floor building, with a nice view onto the mountaines and slopes (and yes, with a balcony). Also these apartments are pet-friendly, which is important for us. There is a vaccum-cleaner so you can clean up at any moment. The host is positive, carefull and very client-oriented. I've stayed here several times and each time this hotel gets better.....Now there is a table and chairs in each room.....Room is spacious and clean and the balcony is welcome.....Good picnic area outside.....Real nice shower (not enclosed but it drains good).....No kettle in the room but there is one available in the dining room....Comfortable bed.....I like the location, which is maybe a kilometer or two from theBakuriani centre but it makes for a quieter stay. The rooms facing the forest are quieter as there is a car wash across the street from the other rooms and that creates some noise....Can't beat the room rates!

Warm, comfortable, pet friendly. Peaceful. A great place to relax and let the kids run wild :). A short taxi ride to the town centre and the heart of everything Bakuriani has to offer.

Like 👍 this apartment very much, clean, comfortable and so cosy, as for me. The biggest plus of the apartment is that the windows overlook the backyard, and there is no extraneous noise from the street. Fast internet and smart TV. Well thanks for the hosting I ll try to book this place next time as well.
