The apartment is spacious and very clean, located in the middle of lovely small town. The host is friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful view from a balcony. It's just at the beach with direct access to ferries and buses. Staying there is a good option when you want to visit Bellagio, Lecco and Como. There are also some parking options and couple of restaurants nearby. We really like that place :)

great place, great view, very attentive staff. 10 minutes to Belladgio. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was very tasty, the chef took into account all our wishes. Excellent summer pool. The best option in terms of price-quality ratio of all that we have stayed before

The guest house is modern and clean, spacious rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and managed to get our room ready for an early check in. There is parking on site which is very convenient. They showed us to our room and helped us with our luggage. They also were kind enough to drop us at the ferry terminal in lierna.

It was going to be our first time in Como. And we were meant to have a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. After spending a long time deciding which area of Como to stay in, we finally booked this hotel in Lecco, thinking we'd give it a chance—and it exceeded all expectations. The location turned out to be a fantastic one. Your window opens directly to the lake, and you wake up to an incredible view. The road in front of the hotel isn’t very busy, making it ideal for walks. Also, we had no issues at all with parking. After visiting all the other areas in Como, we were glad we booked here. The other popular spots were all overly crowded and commercial, but this place felt more local. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Paola was a star—such a sweet lady, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant/bar downstairs seemed quite sufficient; we sat for coffee a few times and had breakfast once. We will definitely return to Como and stay here again.

A perfect location, close to supermarkets and the beach as well as the centre but a lot more peaceful. Fabio and Giuliana were amazing hosts making sure that we were welcome and gave suggestions they as locals like. 10/10.

excellent price for an area where other properties were coming up much higher in price. this was affordable, clean, comfortable and perfect size. it’s not a hotel, has a home feel to it, has all the facilities you need and is about 15 -20 min walk to the centre.
