Very clean, spacious and cozy, and windows in the bedroom with thick light blocker curtains ❤️ It has almost everything we needed in the kitchen. We had dinner once and it was sumptous! Breakfast was also very good. Location is great, accessible and not too far to all our destination... Trollstigen, Troll Wall, Geiranger, Alensund. Also great that they do not have normal TV channels but a chromecast instead! more useful for foreign guests like us. 😉

The accomodation is newly reconstructed, looks prety good. We were quite suprised by manual for leaving room (it is needed to clean up the room - the dishes is according us "must", but bedsheets were quite unusual request, but no problem 🙂) Parking place is directly infront of building, it is quite small - 2 bigger cars could be probably problem.

Fantastic location just 700m from the ferry/ferjekai in Stranda. Lovely garden and house with lots of flowers and cozy places to sit and relax. The host Randi is a very friendly and down to earth person. There is enough space to park your car. I got the entire upper floor as a solo traveller so plenty of room. The oven/ electric stove took a bit of figuring out in terms of how to temper the heat but it worked out fine in the end. I loved the cracking noises of the floorboards , it gives you a really authentic feeling. The river stream outside gives a calming effect that makes you sleep fast.

A true gem I found while driving through fjords. This is an independent from the main house flat arranged in Scandinavian style. It has all you need plus a view on the river and fjord. I wished I could have stayed here longer. Stranda is a nice village.
