Yoshi and his wife were Extremely helpful and amazing people, anything you need you get help with and they suggested more than enough things to go while we were there for our short stay.

Yudanaka Onsen Yamazakiya se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Shibu Onsen din Yamanouchi, la 3 km de Jigokudani Yaen Kōen, la 12 km de Parcul de schi Ryuoo și la 24 km de Grădina zoologică... This was one of my favourite places where I’ve ever stayed! Shibu onsen is such a nice town & this ryokan is beautiful! The two onsen baths are really nice as well and you can reserve them. The owners were amazingly kind and the breakfast was great. It’s good to know this ryokan is not apart of the onsen route. I got a key for two other baths outside of the ryokan from the owner and got a foot bath in the main street, so I still managed to have a nice stroll in my yukata so it’s was absolutely fine to me!

A 5-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Tawaraya offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Beautiful traditional Ryokan with amazing Onsen near train station. Super friendly owner, would definitely stay again.

Minshuku Miyama se află în Yamanouchi, la 3,6 km de Jigokudani Yaen Kōen, și oferă vedere la munte. Absolutely beautiful. Very traditional building with lots of space in the rooms. The staff were incredibly accommodating and drove us to and from the station when we checked in and checked out.

At Daymaruya Ryokan, guests can enjoy hot-spring baths and traditional Japanese-style accommodations with free wired internet access. We LOVED our stay. The owners and friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was large with a private wash closet. (Shower room is common). They picked us up and dropped us to the train, took us up to the snow monkeys and offered suggestions and advice about locations in town. They are always kind and we were happy to run into them in the hallways and say hello. They have male and woman baths and a private osen also available. You can place your order a traditional breakfast in advance of the morning if you want one. They have a map of the local area with recommendations for food. We really enjoyed our stay.

Shibu Hotel, featuring traditional course meals using Shinshu beef, private hot springs, and shared open-air and indoor baths, is an 8-minute ride from Yudanaka Station via free shuttle bus. The perfect location, a wonderful room, fantastic meals and gracious hosts. This hotel is also very close to the snow monkeys!
