Cornelia has a lot to tell, experienced, has been travelling around, very creative and social, she is Mrs Smile and so kind.

This apartment hotel is centrally located in Åre and offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access, just 100 metres from the Åre Torg Square and 300 metres from the Kabinbanan Ski Lift. The location is excellent. It is clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly.

We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.

This little cabin tucked away in a beautiful setting amid lakes and rolling hills was the perfect little escape from everyday life. The cabin is very well supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is very comfortable and relaxing. The fireplace was warming and cozy on a midwinter day. There is a manual that comes with staying here and actually it really helped me to know what to expect and proceed without issue, especially with the compost toilet that I was not familiar with. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. It’s probably amazing in the summer as well.
