Parking is free. Breakfast was delicious. The children did not want to leave.

All of the staff was accommodating and friendly, including everyone! Food was exceptionally good. Room was wonderful. I would stay again in a minute. Location was perfect in the center of town close to the main square and to train and bus stations. (We walked everywhere).

As we travel the world, we've come to appreciate more spacious accommodations, and this apartment definitely fits the bill. Having lived in Martin for half of my life, I had a good sense of the layout, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well it was configured and equipped with modern appliances. The bed was firm and exceptionally comfortable, just the way we like it. The private parking space is a great bonus, especially since the city is gradually expanding paid parking zones. It's also conveniently close to the center if you don't mind a short walk. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

We arrived to the accommodation in a bit of a rush, as we were driving all the way from Bratislava and it was getting late. The owner said he'd only wait maximum to 21 so we didn't stop to have dinner and drove all the way. He was happy to see us and he accommodated us immediately (his English was brief, but we understood each other) adn the room surprised us as it was way bigger than we had imagined it. In fact, it was a small aparment, with a kitchen (sparse but a kitchen) and spotless in all senses. We didn't take b'fast as we were leaving early, but despite the short stay, we enjoyed the place. We couldn't find anythng open after arriving in town at 21 (so be aware there are no restaurants or barely supermarkets) so bring some goods with you. We managed to eat some nuts and leftovers.

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Terchová, like skiing, cycling and hiking. A children's playground is also available at Chalupa Synka, while guests can also relax in the garden. Good location, food store(s), restaurants are in few minutes walking distance. Parking in the garden. Owner is very gentle, and can be reached via chat if needed. Good starting point for Malá Fatra tours and hiking. I recomend it, and would rent it again!

Skiing and golfing can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service, ski-to-door access and a ski pass sales point are also available on-site. Nice location to ski lifts and restaurant. Nice room with comfortable bed, very clean with all you need after skiing. Will come back for sure.
