To our surprise, they took the initiative to contact Booking.com on our behalf and arranged a refund for the final night. On top of that, they offered us an additional $50 as a gesture of goodwill. They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

We were very lucky and our last night it snowed and it was like a fairytale, so charming, and they have a fireplace. We 🥰 loved it.

Comfortable Accommodations: Gravity Haus Truckee-Tahoe in Truckee offers family rooms with private bathrooms, balconies, and modern amenities. Some rooms include a balcony. We really liked everything. The Service was great, the rooms comfortable, the outdoor area beautiful and the restaurant dinner was delightful.
