Gorgeous apartment very close to the Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, and the Roman Baths. Tons of fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apartment was beatifully decorated and indeed felt very luxurious. The bed and bedroom were very comfortable and the two bathrooms certainly helped when both of us were trying to get ready at the same time. Phoebe communicated the check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and they were easy to follow (keys pick-up/drop-off via lock box). She also provided useful tips and recommendations for the area that were very welcomed! The apartment had a mini fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker, as well as some basic cutlery and plates which were perfect for the night we chose to stay in with some cheese and wine.

The room was lovely. Great layout so it felt spacious and was super clean and comfortable. ALL the staff were really helpful, kind and thoughtful. I felt like I was an old regular instead of a first time visitor.
