The room was very cute, with lots of antique touches (i.e. antique radio and record player). Everything was very clean, and the bed was nice and big. They even included a dog bed, bowls, treats, poop bags, and a new toy for our dog! The bar was also very nice and had great cocktails and appetizers. The staff was very friendly, and the free pantry snacks was a nice touch. The location was excellent, just past Pulteney Bridge. It was very lovely decorated for Christmas as well. We'd love to come back!

The staff were welcoming, very helpful and friendly, the cat, Alfie, was adorable. The location is sensational as are the views. The room was nice and clean and I liked the toiletries. The continental breakfast was great but the cooked breakfast was overcooked

Bright and very clean. Had all the extras eg hair dryer bathroom shampoos etc .Great position for all the facilities to the center and all the shops.
