Beautiful hotel with stunning views, but disappointing restaurant service The hotel is beautifully located with breathtaking views of the mountains and the nearby church – truly a picturesque setting! The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and high quality. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience left much to be desired. The service was extremely slow. One of the meals we ordered (a burger) was forgotten, and when we reminded the staff, it took a very long time to be prepared. While we understand that some dishes take time, it’s hard to understand why a simple cup of hot water with lemon took nearly an hour to arrive – especially considering how many staff members were present in the restaurant. Because of the long wait, we ended up skipping dessert, as we didn’t want to go through another long delay. All in all, it’s a lovely hotel with great potential, but the restaurant service needs significant improvement.

We recently stayed at this apartment in the Gudauri and were very impressed with the experience. The apartment is located in new Gudauri near most important funiculars, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It's perfect for skiing lovers.
