A well looked after property in a great location

Very easy access to train station for a day trip to Rome. Also shot wall to the beach. Apartment was well maintained and the host was super friendly.

Apartment is absolutely stunning in all senses , spacious, cosy, feels like a home, everything you need is there. Beds and pillows were so comfortable that we were sleeping like babies. Terrace is just a dream, we could probably stay there all day , but the beach 5 mins away was calling us. After it we were rushing home to watch the sunset from our terrace😍 we loved our stay, everything is just perfect

They were able to accommodate us at the last minute when we booked late at night and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was a unique layout (not exactly child friendly unfortunately). It was also close to the beach and the station.

Great villa with everything you may need on your family holiday - all amenities, super clean, caffee with fresh pastry and a restaurant / pizzeria just around the corner, and a private swimming pool and jacuzzi - kids loved it. Nice public beach with fine sand is 5-10 min walk. Dana is the best host I ever had - super kind always helpful and responsive. The villa consists of two separate apartment each with its own set of amenities, bathroom, kitchen and own patio and jacuzzi (swimming pool is just one, shared). The units are connected but can be separated. Beach umbrellas provided. Supermarket and some shops 10 min walk. Also, there's a train station connecting to nearby towns (Anzio and Nettuno), around 7 min walk... I rarely give 10, this one is really worth it.

really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot days. The kitchen was well-equipped and very convenient for cooking. One of the highlights was the huge rooftop terrace — it was a great place to relax, with plenty of space and comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Close to the sea, near the railway station, a hospitable host, he met us and drove us by car, helping us with our luggage.

Cleanliness, location, amenities

Perfect location. The apartment has everything you need. Air conditioning in two of the rooms, and a BIG balcony.

Location, space in the apartment, cleanliness, everything, literally everything, you could need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, two bathrooms ...... basically, we like EVERYTHING about it!

I loved the welcome we got in this beautiful home . the owner was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us .. you are amazing. we stayed two nights . the rooms were so comfy and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommended sweet home and wellness. it was on the sea and close to shopping areas. we took the train to Rome. it was so close to the accommodation. Thanks a million for making us feel at home. .
