United KingdomWe loved the peace and quiet of the Hotel Livata's environment and setting. We were absolutely rejuvenated during our nine day stay. The building is still relatively new, and is being developed all the time.
The staff were excellent and we had numerous conversations with Christina and her team who took care of us wonderfully with amazing personal attention, courtesy and friendliness.
We were able to visit a number of beautiful cultural sites using the hotel as a base but were always pleased to come back to the hotel and the warm greetings.

Beautiful spa and grounds. Our room was small, beautiful bathroom, expensive mini bar. Drinking water not provided in rooms but available in spa relax areas. The aperitivo was awful, most of it was empty with just bread, bread sticks and scraps left. The reception staff were brilliant. Everyone else spoke to us and acted as if hate their jobs, very snippety. Really good breakfast buffet.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The spa bath was really relaxing after a long day of walking. Room was neat. The aircon in room was great. Good breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely book with 7 Inn Spanish Steps again.

Spa and wellness area is a gem (even though we didn't have a chance to use the service). The breakfast, the restaurant, the location, friendly staff, rooftop bar - make the stay so much more comfortable.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome, close to a lot of the attractions. We had a relaxing stay and the hotel offered a lot including a day spa and breakfast each morning which was always good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Villa Spalletti Trivelli was wonderful. The location is perfect, right next to the Presidential Palace and within 20 minutes walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see in Rome. Each time you arrive back at the Villa the staff welcome you as if you are arriving home. Relaxing in one of the rooftop spas with a glass of Prosecco was a wonderful way to end the day.

Excellent location right on a beautiful beach surrounded by sand dunes. Perfect for a relaxed few days on the coast. Good sun beds right by the water included with your stay. There’s a spa with lots of treatments such as massage and facials with friendly staff. Restaurant has good food with excellent views over the beach. Varied breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries.

Really nice room that felt quite luxurious. Our room backed on to the courtyard and there was a very relaxing sound of a trickling water feature which was calming. Great breakst out on an interal terrace. Very comfortable stay very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
