Everything! I cannot praise Giovanni & his staff highly enough. The hospitality was excellent. The food & wine were fantastic. The agriturismo is in a peaceful location but near Modica & an easy drive to Noto. We wanted peace & quiet after a busy few days sightseeing & this lovely property was perfect. The pool area is beautiful & there’s a wonderful spa where I had a relaxing massage.

All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a parking space (better for small cars) next to the apartment. Above our apartment is the Bar del Duomo, managed by the owner, where we had an excellent breakfast with Sicilian specialties every day. We highly recommend this apartment.

Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. The building is gorgeous, with a beautiful salon to relax and have breakfast in. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's family-owned, and Gianpiero and his girlfriend were wonderful and very friendly. They were able to accommodate me when I had to spend an extra night. Would absolutely recommend for everyone!

The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. If you wish to spend some days in a quiet, peaceful and chilled surroundings but still be very close to Modica centre which is 10 mins away by car, this agriturismo is ideal. We also made use of the gym which is first class. Ample space to park your car on site. Breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful. Rooms spotless. It was the cherry on top of the cake after our long road trip ending our holiday in total relaxation.
