אולגה וכל הצוות ממש יצאו מגידרם כדי שיהיה לנו החוויה הכי טובה שנוכל לקבל. עשו עבורנו הרבה דברים שהדרך כלל פקידי קבלה לא היו רוצים לעשות ועשו זאת בשמחה רבה ועזרו בכל מה שניתן! הארוחת בוקר טובה ויחסית לארוחות בוקר שקיבלנו באיטליה היה הרבה גיוון גם לצמחונים והירקות היו טריים.
