The personal was so amazing and sweet. The food was delicious. During our stay I fell sick and they gave me tea with honey and lemon <3 and balcony view was so breathtaking. I really reccomend this hotel. Over all feel was like 5 star hotel. Thanks so much for everything, our trip was better because of you.

Not enough words to tell how great the property is - the design, the layout of the entire hotel including the rooms, the facilities inside the room, are all a class above as they are dedicated to an understated sophistication and comfort. Practical aspects such as the use of bluetooth speakers in the ceiling of the room, to the heating and wifi are both practical and effective. The choice of lighting in the entire room (including the washing area) contribute to a cosy feeling without sacrificing on lighting brightness. We were never cold in the room despite the huge glass frontage window, nor in the pool (inside and outside - indeed it was a pleasure to be able to swim outdoors whilst it snowed). We did not dare venture deeper into the natural bathing pool though. The Spa is an oasis of quiet and peace. It makes it hard to choose between staying in at the hotel to enjoy the spa or to go outside to explore, no matter how many days we stay there! The restaurant and menus were outstanding, the chefs using the freshest of ingredients and offering a veritable smorgasbord of modern South Tyrolean cuisine. There is something for everyone. And for very good value too! We are not dedicated wine connoisseurs but we were able to work through more than a few drinks and find them to be quite acceptable. The personnel were also exemplary: from our communication before arrival to during our entire stay, they were friendly, informative and helpful. We felt like valued guests - all interactions were small conversations, not a cut-and-dry communication of information/needs. Our requests for additional furniture and other extras were met with warm understanding and their help with bookings were indispensable. So a big thank you to Dagi, Laura, Ena, Astrid, Mauritz, Laura and Svetlana and chefs Berni and Theodore. We travelled with our dog, who absolutely loved it there. He had ample space in the room to not feel boxed in, and when out of the room, he wandered happily.

The hotel is a great choice for skiers - it's some 12 minutes away by car from the Riscone ski-lifts (Kronplatz 2000 and two other) or a 15-minute ride by ski bus (which stops directly in front of the hotel. You get the bus passes free of charge at the reception of the hotel). Our apartment was quiet and had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee-maker and plenty of storage room. The bathroom was equipped with enough towels for a family of 4 for a 7-day stay, and the kids loved the giant LCD TV in the "living room/kitchen". Ski storage was great, accessible directly from the parking lot. There is a SPAR a minute away. We have zero complaints or red flags, it really is great value for money. On a personal note, we loved the hospitality provided by the owners - from the parting present (their own raspberry jam - our kids' favorite :D ) to the fact that they expressly washed and dried the car-seat cover and clothes our youngest had vomited all over some half-our before we arrived (it was a 7-hour trip, in her defense). They also quickly whipped a meal she could eat on such a bad stomach, so we didn't have to worry about that as well (we arrived on New Year's Day at almost 7 p.m., for context).

When we arrived we were greeted by Eva who told us where to park (the parking is private, next to the house). Then she took us to the actual studio appartment which we had previously booked. It was lovely and exactly like on the photographs. Everyhing was spotless, as if noone had ever used it before. There was a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table. There was enough room for everything. The kitchen was perfect for us and it contained everything that you need for cooking. They thought about everything, from the kitchen cloth, to the dishwashing liquid. When you get the key you also get to use the ski boot room where you can leave your ski equipment. You also get a card for the free use of busses, trains and museums. The bus stop is literally 50 metres on the right side. The bus 450 takes you to the town of Bruneck and the last stop (15 minute ride) is next to the train station. So when we went skiing at Kronplatz we took the bus, and then 2 stations to Percha train station where you can get the ski ticket and get straight into the cable car directly to the top. But you can also take a ski bus. We didn't. There are 2 other ski areas near by but we came for Kronplatz. My husband used one day that we didn't ski to explore the nearby 3 waterfalls. The cafe Treffpunkt is in the house which is so convenient. You can have breakfast there, cakes and wanderful coffee. The bakery is just across the road, and the Coop supermarket is around the corner. We visited 3 museums, 2 at Kronplatz and one at the top at the Bruneck castle. My favourite is Lumen museum at Kronplatz (regular price is 17 euros, but with the travel card it is free). Eva also asked her dad to help us start our car. It was minus 18 and they helped us a lot. We are looking forward to coming again to Treffpunkt apartments.
