The staff was ready and willing to make us comfortable, they were very friendly and attentive. Rosario went put of her way to accommodate us when there was limited staff. There is always an attendant at front desk, the security was very good.

Okay so here it goes I usually write reviews on Google but here is my experience in English for all my tourists, I lived 18 years in Florida originally from Mexico. If you ever want to visit my state Morelos Cuernavaca first I will say this when approaching looks a bit sketchy but when approaching the staff will try to assist you as best as possible. Quick check-in, the Zocalo is a couple of blocks away 15 minutes away close to Palacio de Cortes Pullman services to the airport nearby, or they offer taxis a bit expensive but hey if you like to be Luxury. Had a date and got stood up but still had a BLAST I recommend when walking to the Zocalo the pathway is a bit sketchy but just keep walking until you hit a wall quick left, quick right and you are surrounded by better scenery. I sat in the hot Private Hot Tub until 12:30 am & if you want a good meal order the Diablo wings they are lit I will certainly try to go back even if alone!!!

We got moved from a small basic room, which had street noise to a rear room overlooking the garden, which was peaceful. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The hotel grounds were gorgeous. It felt relaxing just being there, like a little oasis in the heart of the city. Everything was accessible on foot and there was plenty nearby to see, do, eat, and drink. The staff - both at the front desk and in the restaurant - was lovely and very accommodating, the beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the food was wonderful!
