Airport, really liked the fact we could walk to the hotel from inside the airport via walking bridge right to the lobby.

The breakfast was good with high quality of food. It is in a very good location, so you can walk around. The staff was really very helpful and the hotel in general was extremely safe.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Mexico City and was walking proximity to some of the best shops and restaurants in Polanco! Rooms were also super clean and staff very helpful!

I loved the location, it was so easy to walk or get an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. There were so many good shops and restaurants nearby! Every member of the staff was so pleasant and kind to us. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast as well!

The historic look of the hotel and the people were fantastic. Special shout out to Carlos the bell boy. You can tell he loves his job and made the stay memorable.

excellent location. can't beat it with a stick. just a few blocks aways from the plaza in Tlalpan. For those that don't know Tlalpan is a quaint little town inside mexico city.

A haven amongst roads. Not touristy. Rooms on the side above reception suffer more traffic noise, but traffic noise is everywhere in Mexico City.

Nice view from the room to Chapultepec park. Beds are comfortable, room service comes twice a day to tide up the room.

Great room with very comfy bed, and amazing other facilities such as the rooftop bar/restaurant and cafe. Perfect location to dive right into Roma district, with lots of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Great room service that took care of my special dietary needs. We checked-in short term and stressed out from a prior incident and the staff at the reception was very kind and understanding. The concierge service was outstanding and supportive in every aspect, not just helping out with booking tours & tickets but also helping us with a challenging situation. Thank you so much Ivan!

Big room, great breakfast, helpful staff, good location for Citibanamex events, the taxi services they recommended were very reliable.

Great location, we walked everywhere. There’s a lot of great bakery’s, restaurants and bars within 5 mins of the apartment. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Very comfy large bed. There’s a rooftop garden with sitting area with great views of the city, wish we used it more.

Everything - room was great, with great space (and we were 3!), very clean ! Breakfast was really good - many options ! Location couldn’t be better - close to the best area of Polanco with great restaurants and shops. And the staff was the best of the hotel !
