Very central to the airport and the walkway makes it easy when you land. The reception is straight through the walkway so there is no need to walk outside

If you've been to other InterContinental hotels you know the level of quality to expect, it is up to it's reputation - very accommodating personnel, clean and well organised room, and we particularly liked the mattresses. We had a room with a very lovely city view, especially of the sunrise!

I had an amazing stay! The reception team is super friendly and helpful. Thank you again, for helping me! I had a quite room and had a good rest, which I badly needed it! I loved the size of the room and felt like a little princess! ;)

The hotel is very new and the rooms are great. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Please book the room with breakfast.

I really like the service, they have check in 24/7. Every day when we came back our room was clean and full with all the supplies, new bottles of water, clean towels.

The gardens and restaurant are beautiful. There was a very lavish buffet brunch on the Sunday.

- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

An absolute gem in the heart of Condesa! The location couldn’t be better – quiet yet central, perfect for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are beautifully designed, cozy yet elegant, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a true highlight each morning – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every detail was thought through, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was simply outstanding. A perfect stay from start to finish – definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

Location is good. The staff were all very nice, especially the reception and valet. The room view is good if you get the city view.
