Spa Hotels in Mexico City

Everything. It is a right near terminal one and very easy to get too. The hotel is lovely and very comfortable and quiet even though we were overlooking the runway. Very spacious room too. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for taking in a lot of the points of interest. Great restaurants within the hotel. Although a big hotel the 4 elevator bank was very quick. Door staff very helpful with directions and information. Piano bar had excellent entertainment.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Mexico City and was walking proximity to some of the best shops and restaurants in Polanco! Rooms were also super clean and staff very helpful!

Location is good. The staff were all very nice, especially the reception and valet. The room view is good if you get the city view.

Excellent location, outstanding gym, indoor pool, wet and spa facilities, great restaurants and bar, close to Chapultepec and Angel of Independence and the best customer service.

If you've been to other InterContinental hotels you know the level of quality to expect, it is up to it's reputation - very accommodating personnel, clean and well organised room, and we particularly liked the mattresses. We had a room with a very lovely city view, especially of the sunrise!

Excelente hotel, ampliamente recomendado

I loved the location, it was so easy to walk or get an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. There were so many good shops and restaurants nearby! Every member of the staff was so pleasant and kind to us. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast as well!

The help received by the concierge in a dispute with a crook taxi driver requiring a police help.

I really like the service, they have check in 24/7. Every day when we came back our room was clean and full with all the supplies, new bottles of water, clean towels.

Old fashioned interior but good for its purpose

ONTO offers great serviced apartments in an unbeatable location in the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood. The architecture and design is tasteful and stylish. Rooms are well equipped and the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city is a nice plus.

The location is top, staff verry friendly. Couldnt wish more for our stay in MEX. Breakfast was great, a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. The rooms are nice and big

The gardens and restaurant are beautiful. There was a very lavish buffet brunch on the Sunday.

To the point: the staff is exceptional. They were very mindful of the language gap and accommodated requests, providing assistance as needed and helpful information. The 1-bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and kitchen tools for small dish preparation.

I've been to different hostels in Europe. But in this hostel you forget that you are in a hostel, it's cozy like at home. Friendly staff that respects the guests' personal space. Very clean, there are all the conveniences to cook food. In one word, I liked it very much!

Excellent location, close to restaurants but quiet and no traffic noise. Spotlessly clean with helpful friendly staff. Very good breakfast ! Room was well appointed and bed very comfortable.

Capitalia is surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything you might need. The location is super safe, even at night, the staff was able to help anytime needed and the facilities are just perfect. The host was always available for everything we needed.
