The overall experience was fantastic! The personnel are great and many services are available 24/7. If you are picky with food, Riu Caribe Is the right place: they propose different cuisines, but I highly recommend trying Mexican food, that is of another level

Well laid out. Lots of variety to eat, excellent staff! Clean - lots of towels provided. Well stocked with non alcoholic beer!! The pool and beach were amazing- make sure you get a beach cabana - you will be there all day!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Cancun! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here with our family. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality and lovely experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again.

Great place to relax. The sea view is amazing the pool is great. Our room was great, clean and comfortable.

The staff were very kind. We had a delay in our flight and ended up arriving in the early hours of the morning. The receptionist was very kind to wait for us and was expecting us when we arrived. This was really helpful for us, as otherwise we would have spent the night outside. We truly appreciated this gesture. Location of the accommodation was close to the main bus station in Cancun. The ambience was also very nice, lots of trees and plants and made the place very serene. Room was very comfortable and was exactly what we needed.

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and generous in every facility of the hotel.

The hotel is big with a lot of different ameneties. The food is mostly local and delicious! There are at least 10 restaurants.

Excellent location and excellent service. The staff were the friendliest i have ever experienced and food amazing.

The all inclusive was fabulous! The food was delicious and it was so clean with lovely staff throughout!

The staff were always helpful. The location was great. There was no need to leave the hotel. It was my birthday, and a guest asked the staff to let me go to the special restaurant for a treat which I really appreciated.

Food was great- The only thing i disliked was that the buffet closes really early- Some people go out on Vacation and enjoy sleeping in- I don't go on Vacation to have to wake up super early and miss the buffet where they have the breakfast- That was the only downside to my stay in the hotel

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

Food was excellent. Location is perfect .

We only stayed one night before our flight. They offer cheap workout classes - our Pilates course was awesome. Everyone there is so friendly and the hotel is clean. You can hear a bit of noise from the nearby streets at night but it did not bother us at all.

We like everything! Especially Mikel Jackson in the evening show! It was super proffesional team! That boy in the swimmingpool -very nice to all people, He smiles, kommunikable with all turistes. Very polite and motivate people to movement in the svimmingpool. Very nice boy! I will not write much, but thanks to everybody in this hotel!

Very nice place, with space to chill in the garden, we chose a private room which was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. Common kitchen, nice restaurants around.

The facilities and the food were excellent.

Everything. From the room, to the entertainment, to the facilities. The resort was fairly empty but my friend and I loved it this way. The resort is transitioning from being a Hyatt resort to just Mondrian. I can't wait to see what the new updates have to offer. I would definitely recommend this resort. Newly refurbished, spacious rooms with balcony with great views on both fronts. Beautiful beach with plenty of sun-beds for everyone. Very helpful and pleasant staff
