The reception team may be the most professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly hotel staff we have ever met. A perfect 10/10! From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by their warmth and exceptional hospitality. Same words about the staff we’ve met along in the hotel. Our room was absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking direct view of the beautiful Putra Mosque. It was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, featuring both a walk-in shower and a relaxing bathtub. We also appreciated the practical layout, with the toilet and vanity area separated from the bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious local and international dishes. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the facilities, the value for money was exceptional. Putrajaya itself is a stunning, peaceful, and remarkably clean city. It certainly deserves more than the single night we had here. If you’re planning to visit, we wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Zenith Hotel. Terima kasih for such a wonderful experience, we hope to return one day!
