Das RuMa liegt im Herzen des Goldenen Dreiecks von Kuala Lumpur und nur wenige Schritte von den Petronas Twin Towers und dem KLCC entfernt. Es bedeutet im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Zuhause. The location is strategic, it's not smack in the middle of the city centre so getting there was not confusing. The interior decoration is impeccable, simply every angle is pleasing to the eyes. The room was perfect, I wrote in my booking that I'm staying there for my birthday, so the hotel so very kindly provided a complimentary cake and minimal decoration for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and there's a selection of pillows that you can choose from to make your night extra comfy. I was a bit worried that the room might be too big with the bathroom taking up a quarter of the space, but thankfully there's a pocket door separating the bathroom from the bed. I also requested a room on the higher floors and they gave me one on the highest, which is very attentive of them. The TV has mirroring options which is great, but unfortunately Netflix is not allowed. A plus point is the complimentary refreshments in the fridge, I didn't have to worry about late night cravings for a nice cold beverage. The breakfast selection was okay, I understand that the hotel is not very big so the breakfast selection was a bit limited. I do have to say that the quality of the food is top-notch.

Super Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Bahnhof KL Sentral ab Airport KLIA in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen.Alles sehr gut zu erreichen aber nicht direkt im vollen Zentrum. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und auch am Abend gab es ein sehr gutes Buffet wegen chinesischem Neujahr.Sehr freundliches Personal und eine geniale Poolanlage. Preise im Vergleich zu Europa sehr günstig für ein solches Hotel.Für einen Aufenthalt in KL sehr zu empfehlen

The receiption department is working extremely professional, they have internal communication pretty well. The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays. Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

Wenn man akzeptiert und d vielleicht sogar mag dass es ein eher älteres aber dafür mit Charakter erfülltes hotel ist, geht's nicht besser. Vergesst sterile eq (ausser der geilen rooftop bar) oder grand hyatt, alles hier hat leben. Besondere Menschen mitn top Freundlichkeit in jeder Lage, alles was man braucht, toller horizon Club. Situated next to KLCC Suria mall, this hotel is in a perfect location for the twin towers, high end shopping, some very fancy bars. They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.
