The room was beautiful, especially as we got a free upgrade to a panoramic view room. The hosts were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing, it was worth the price for that alone. I would happily stay there again!

Located at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Reserve in Pertisau, the Sonnenhof is next to the Achensee Golf Course. All rooms and apartments have a balcony with panoramic mountain views. The rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of amenities including spa towels, spare rucksack and walking sticks for anyone hiking the local national park. It’s a very comfortable room and we had a double aspect and balcony which was lovely to admire the view of the mountains. The staff were exceptional in making our stay with them the best it could be. The food is exceptional and I highly encourage booking half board as you will not regret it. The breakfast is varied for all diets and the quality of ingredients is extremely good. If staying for dinner you will get a menu at breakfast for dinner with 4 choices of main dinner. The choice of buffet starter is delicious and then there is always a soup choice too. I absolutely loved the soups such as tomato consommé. Then the main dinners and desserts are excellent, I honestly cannot speak highly enough about how great the restaurant is, the creativity of the dishes, flavours and presentation are exceptional. Dishes such as the dessert of lingonberry pancakes with sour ice and local wild blueberries had us talking how delicious it was several times the next day! Then other thoughtful touches like a daily MorganPost newsletter giving weather predictions, hiking routes and things to do as well as offers from the spa were really appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. The quality of everything from the amenities, the cleanliness, the staff and restaurant are excellent. We had to leave to get our flight before breakfast started and this came up just by chance in a conversation and we were immediately invited to the restaurant thirty minutes early so as not to miss out on breakfast before our journey. You would not get this from a big chain of hotels and shows just how much guests are valued at the Sonnerhof.

Cały personel bardzo pomocny, życzliwy, uśmiechnięty. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, w postaci szwedzkiego stołu, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W hotelu dodatkowo funkcjonuje restauracja dostępna również dla osób z zewnątrz, z pyszna kuchnią. Pokoje czyste, wyremontowane, codziennie sprzątane, w pokoju darmowy sejf. Podróżowaliśmy z psem, miejsce bardzo psiolubne, psy mogą uczestniczyć w posiłkach razem z właścicielami i przebywać na hotelowej plaży - baaaardzo polecamy na urlop z czworonogiem! Będziemy dalej polecać 🙂
