מקום האירוח NP House- Social Hotel&Coworking by Networking Premium, Free Ski Shuttle (דירוג של 4 כוכבים) ממוקם במרחק של פחות מק"מ אחד מכנסיית הבתולה הקדושה בבנסקו, וכולל טרקלין משותף, טרסה ובר. השירותיות והאכפתיות של הצוות וההנהלה היו הרבה מעל המצופה, הגענו והרגשנו ממש בבית. אמיל היה נפלא ודאג לנו מהרגע הראשון!

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. I rarely give feedback, but this was one exceptional SPA adventure. This hotel has it all - from delicious food made from local ingredients, cozy rooms and friendly staff to its crown jewel - the outdoor pool with hot thermal/spring water. The pool must have been the most satisfying part of this journey especially during winter time when the temperature of the air outside is low. That is not all - the hotel has quite big number of SPA amenities such as saunas, salt room, contrast showers, etc that make the experience even better. I will definitely come back when there is some snow outside and enjoy the surrounding nature looking from the pool.

As usual it’s very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

מלון הדירות גרנד רויאל (Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa) הוא מתחם דירות וספא בדירוג 4 כוכבים שנמצא במרחק של 600 מטרים מהרכבל הקרוב ביותר, ובמרחק של 1.3 ק"מ ממרכז בנסקו (Bansko); יש בו בריכה... סוויטה מרווחת, מטבחון , סלון יש אפילו מרפסת(לא היצה בשימוש אבל יש) מיטות נוחות מאוד. בריכה מושלמת.... בכלל כל איזור הספא מקסים. לילדים יש חדר משחקים לקטנטנים, חדר משחקים (בתשלום מטבעות) לילדים הגדולים ועוד משחקי שולחן. הכל נגיש וכיפי. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד בהחלט משביעה.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

The manager went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering us a complimentary couple’s massage — a thoughtful and generous gesture we truly appreciated.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.
