There were so many thoughtful touches at Luis's chalet, from the coffee machine explanation video to the towel warmer and robes for the hot tub! The kitchen was also very well organized and labeled making it very easy to find things. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again!

Fernando is an amazing host. We were greeted at the door at our arrival and felt at home right away. The house is decorated with his family’s art and it’s beautiful and unique. Fernando even taught us a few Spanish words. The breakfast was delicioso. This bed and breakfast was the perfect getaway after a long drive and we highly recommend it. Muchas gracias.

The location is on a lake, beautiful facilities in an old historical building. It’s the coziest place for a winter get away, kids welcome and the fireplace - perfect!

This Gatineau Park, Quebec country-style inn is a 30-minute drive to Ottawa. The hotel features a full spa, outdoor river pool and hot tub. What a nice 2 night stay at Wakefield mill. We had 2 deluxe rooms in the main Mill building. The rooms were very comfortable, rustic and had lots of space. We had a lovely view over the river. We had lunch and dinner at the Heron bistro, the food was excellent. We had breakfast at the main restaurant and it was also excellent, with attention to presentation. The staff in general was very welcoming and friendly. The General Manager came to speak with us the first morning of our stay and recommended some local walks in Wakefield town. Two members of our party had a massage at the spa, which they thoroughly enjoyed. We didn't try the outside spa, however, it looked really welcoming by the river. The outdoors facilities are really nice, with the red Adirondack chairs and the gardens. We will absolutely return if we are in this area.
