Everything, from check in until check out. Eva had checked us in prior to our arrival and it was the smoothest/ fastest check in ever. Got out of the car and straight into our upgraded suite. We liked the decoration of the hotel, all of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of fresh fruit and prosecco! wonderful view from the hot tub to the Eiger north face.
