From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond at every step—from the valet’s gracious welcome to the reception’s professionalism and the concierge’s exceptional attentiveness. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Speaking Arabic, German, English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are ready to help around the clock. The destination of the hotel is just perfect, it takes a little bit time to they the city centre (like 20-25 mins by bus), but the bus stop is two mins away from the hotel. I should visit some totally different destinations but it was always easy to get there by the public transport. Airport is also not far. The room was clean and quiet. I haven’t noticed nothing I didn’t like. The breakfast was also good.
