I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. Indoor swimming-pool is accessible to children every day from 2pm to 4pm. The location, ambience, food, the service and of course, the ride into and back from Geneva on a Riva. It’s a fabulous hotel in every aspect. The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.
