Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hot tub. The hotel has a spa centre and room service. The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

Free WiFi access is provided in public areas. I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The exclusive 5,500 m² Victoria Jungfrau Spa is equipped with 2 pools (outside and inside), a sauna, and a steam room, Fitness, sports, and health coaching are also offered. Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz. The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. The staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. Featuring accommodation with a balcony, SwissHut Modern Chalet with Spa - Chalet Beunden is set in Beatenberg. A hot tub is available for guests. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking chalet has a sauna. The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!
