They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

Amazing location in a castle with the view of the town. Great breakfast, attentive staff who made us sandwiches for the early morning departure. Great dinner at the restaurant. This is my second time here and I loved it again!

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. Our stay at the hotel with Danny and his family was wonderful. The location is fantastic and the view is unforgettable. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It will be my first choice if I return to Switzerland. Thank you Danny for everything.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.

We were given a free taxi from the train station - the train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road. Quiet and cozy, good soundproofing. There is a balcony. The room has coffee capsules, tea and bottled water. The staff is very friendly. In the evenings, you can order dinner and a cocktail at the bar. Excellent spa and several saunas with a salt room and a relaxation room, with tea and coffee, dried fruits and juice. When it rains, it is very pleasant to warm up in the hot pool. We went to the sauna without bathing suits - we wrapped ourselves in a towel. A towel is on each floor in the spa area. We ordered an excellent massage - you need to book in advance because there are not always places. Delicious breakfasts with panoramic views of the beautiful city and mountains. In the mornings there is champagne, delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants, different types of cheese and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking mountain and lake views. It was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The personal welcome letter and treats from Family Willen were such a thoughtful touch and made me feel truly at home. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the Solbad Hotel Spa.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.
