This was an amazing opportunity for my family to stay at a beautiful place. Kitchen was equipped with all cooking equipment necessary, beds were comfortable, views were amazing. Balcony was amazing, you could just sit there all day!

Set in a charming cabins made of local materials on the slopes of Rano Kau Volcano, Cabanas Christophe offers rooms and self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs in Easter Island. Amenities (which include a washer!) and the very friendly owner who brought us fresh bread and juice every morning. We loved the fact that the owner is also a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide and offered us the option to hire him. We found that renting a car from him directly was convenient and very affordable.
