The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, from the well-maintained rooms to the luxurious amenities like the pool and fitness center. The overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

The room is incredible beautiful, love the cozy vibe and the fresh flowers which adds a little bit to the atmosphere. The service here is wonderful! Everyone seems happy with their jobs, when I talked to them they smiled and responded nicely. TBH you don’t see this level of service a lot in Guangzhou, comparing with other hotels. Well if you’re looking for any honest feedbacks here I would say this hotel worths your money!
