Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is directly opposite Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and wired internet in all areas and a fitness centre. The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

Other features include the Grand Ballroom and the exclusive Star Room. Featuring a classic luxury European look, the renovated Langham Club on floors 22 and 23 is a haven of serenity and exclusivity. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole staff in the front desk, the restaurant and in the housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. Their smiles lit up the hotel. The location was great. The hotel was located next to a shopping center with a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. The bank of China's just opposite the hotel had ATMs, that accepted foreign credit or debit cards. This made it very convenient for us.

A pampering experience awaits at the Ritz-Carlton Spa Shenzhen, where private treatment rooms, relaxing steam rooms and a beauty salon is provided. Guests may exercise with a private trainer or enjoy private poolside yoga classes. At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

To relax, guests can exercise at the outdoor tennis court. CHI, the Spa at Shangri-La, provides personal space and soothing massages by skilled therapists. Shangri-la Futian also has a business centre and provides laundry and valet services. Staff can communicate in English. Robot Coffee did not work with my payment method and the Staff helped me with a free black coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the train stations especially the Express Train to Hong Kong. Super like the extra large bed.

Like Sagrada Familia but a hotel instead, like a cathedral but better in many ways. Just a straight 10/10 for me. Super automatic Toto toilets throughout the hotel, warm seats, separate controller, bidet electronic control flush type options. Best breakfast on the planet, I took many videos which I never normally do, there was an actual block of fresh honeycomb honey hanging in one area which was just amazing, every type of food catered for.
