We found ourselves immediately decompressing from the hustle and bustle of traveling. The surroundings were tranquil and refreshing, waking up to the sound of the jungle was magical. The restaurant food was healthy, delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our morning yoga classes, walks and swimming in the river and retreat pool. Staff were really helpful with advise and I enjoyed a wonderful massage from Stephanie, a real treat. When staying at YAY sustainable you can travel to go to beaches and other locations, but I would suggest just staying put and immersing yourself in the retreat experience for a few days.
