The welcome was very good by Raves ( I think I remember his name correctly, apologies if not). He even rang us to offer support before we left to travel to the hotel. Our room was excellent We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the River Tagus as well as a 4-poster bed and a beautiful bathroom. The evening meal was excellent. All told, we enjoyed our stay.
