Staff at the hotel and restaurant were really friendly to us and to our dog. The spa was a great touch during our long hours drive from France to Germany. We hope to come back again to discover the nature around the area in the future. Highly suggesting the restaurant as well!

A buffet breakfast is available every morning. Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre. The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good. I would definitely stay here again .

Definitely would go there again.

Situated in a great location next to the ski lift, great for hiking in summer and ski in winter. WiFi is fast, staff is super friendly. We had a great time. The only one minor thing is when we arrived the floor was quite dirty and there was no toilet papers in all the bathroom, we walked with bare foot and our feet are all full of dirt after.

Property is new so everything is clean and tidy. All food is home made and more than sufficient. We wish Will and Melissa all the best and hopefully we will get the chance to stay here again in the future.

Not only the location was excellent for those who have kids going to the Ski School every morning, the appartement itself was spacious and had all the amnities needed to enjoy a great week. We also appreciated the little things left by the staff so you don't find yourself in need of urgent items such as trash bags, dishwasher products as well as bathroom essential needs.

It is an invitation into a luxury spa home with the absolute best chef and delicious and deep wine cellar. We came for three days and stayed an extra night. It was not enough. I want to go back. It is the most comfortable and comforting hotel I have ever experienced. The host gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and mountain biking, restaurants and shopping. The town of Megeve is sweet and fun to explore, hiking, biking, skiing...all of it. But the hotel is sublime.
