Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the cave bath. The hotel facilities are very nice, modern and everywhere was clean. We had a nice big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There was good internet connection. The spa facilities were excellent we really enjoyed everything, I personally liked the salt-room. We stayed there half board. The food was excellent, with a great choice of various hot and cold dishes, lots of fruits, cakes, ice-cream and various hot and cold drinks to follow. There was live music during the evening meal. From the moment we entered the hotel all the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time there and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Breakfast buffet is served daily at the restaurant, and the hotel also provides 24-hour front desk and a bar. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Cave Bath, however know that the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill! A hard walk up the hill! The food: we included 1/2 board on our stay, not something I always do for the most part I just book with breakfast included, the food was excellent as well as the service staff absolutely GREAT! The facilities were well kept and had a lot of great option to enjoy your stay!

Everything was clean and cozy, the AC worked like a charm, and the water in the pools was really clean because they change it every day. I've read a bunch of comments about people complaining about the noise because the walls are too thin, but that's not true at all! It almost felt like there were no other people around; it was super quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of dishes to try. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. They clean your room daily and also change the towels. But the true gem of this hotel is the staff! Gabriella, the receptionist, was so helpful and her English was excellent. She always went out of her way to help us and greeted every guest with a smile. Hotel Barrico, Gabriella is a keeper, get that girl a promotion or something :) I'd advise everyone to go to this hotel because it's very relaxing and in such a beautiful and quiet area.
