My children said they would stay here again the next time they come to Velence.

Very easy to get into the room (lock box). Great communication with the host (in English). The apartment was very clean, well furnished & kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed all the little details that the host provided for our ultimate comfort. Great views from the terrace, apartment is very spacious and well furnished, beds were comfy, no issues at all. We stayed as a group of 4 adults and 1 baby and we had plenty of room.

Very spacious and comfortable. All facilities available to enjoy a pleasant stay
We loved this place. It’s fantastic located. It’s in a quiet area, but still everything is in walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants. We had plenty of space in the house as well. And the air condition helped to cool down the air at night. We could park the car on the drive way behind the gate - not something we required, but it was a nice to have as the car was rented.
Staff was nice while checking in, the room was perfect for us, we're on a holiday for the weekend. Location is perfect, it's a 5-minute walk away from the railway station and the Velencei lake. But in a brisk 20-30 minutes you can even get to the market place, visit the aqua park or drink Agárdi pálinka at the factory. The breakfast is in their own restaurant that deserves a visit on its own right.
The outdoor space is incredibly comfortable with beautiful green lawn and plentiful amenities, toys for children. The jacuzzi is five star and there is a sauna as well. Will definitly book again.
Everything was perfect, travelled with 2 kids enjoyed a lot the wellness and playzone of the hotel in bad weather it was great survival; the apartman is very good comfortable and spacious equiped with everything. Owner was very nice and helpful, too
The property is located in a relaxing, quiet, country side area. Although the conditions did not look very promising, I slept very well. Good breakfast. It is very possible that the property was not suitable for my actual purpose (transit) and offered other (interesting) possibilities that I did not benefit from.
