We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Amat, who provided exceptional service during our stay. We accidentally added an extra night to our reservation and later discovered that our flight was actually the next morning. Even though Booking.com did not provide a refund, Amat kindly helped us resolve the situation and removed the charge from our hotel bill. We were truly grateful for his understanding, kindness, and willingness to help. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Amat, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our honeymoon trip even more enjoyable.
